• Colours may appear differently depending on your screen and lighting.
• Product measurements are approximate.
• Fit may vary depending on the shape, dimensions, material and construction of the chair.
• Stretch seat covers may not fit every chair, even when its measurements fall within a stated range.
• Fabric seats generally provide more grip than leather or smooth faux-leather seats.
• ChairHug seat covers are not waterproof unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Prices and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Website are in Canadian dollars.

Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges and any other charges imposed by ChairHug will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authorities or a carrier. ChairHug is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, improper washing or drying, failure to follow care instructions, ordinary wear and tear, or use on an unsuitable chair or surface.

Always ensure that a seat cover is securely fitted and does not interfere with the chair’s controls, movement or safe operation.

10. Bulk Orders

Bulk-order pricing, quantities, lead times, shipping arrangements and payment terms may be confirmed separately in writing.

A bulk-order inquiry does not create a binding agreement. A bulk order is accepted only after ChairHug confirms its specific terms and, where required, receives payment or a deposit.

11. Intellectual Property

The Website and its contents—including the ChairHug name, logos, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, text, layout and other materials—are owned by or licensed to ChairHug and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
